First timers. Went on a crazy Patriot game day. Sat outside by ourselves. Place was jammed and bartender, although crazy busy inside, couldn’t have been more attentive coming out and checking on us frequently. Chowder is thin style with robust seafood flavors. Lobster rolls are delicious on that butters hot dog roll as it should be. Can’t say enough good things. Look forward to another trip. SOON!!!
Always a great time at 12 Ocean! They were hustling today for mother's day, but kept a great attitude and kept up the fun! Great food and staff as usual!
This place was pretty good. The portion sizes were also really decent and the wait staff were very nice. I got the meatloaf that was recommended by my waitress. It was so very delicious .Would recommend and definitely come back next time. We’re in the area.
The food was amazing! The seafood chowder was full of seafood and the 9.99 lobster roll was delicious! Great all around! Thank you for showing us west coast people some great east coast seafood!
The waitstaff is very helpful. They have very generous portions of delicious fried seafood. They have 2 bottles of Bud and a decent draft selection.
They say they have the best seafood chowder and I have to agree. If you like it with tons of seafood meat and a thinner broth, then you'll like it, too. Wait staff and kitchen we're both really quick. The place was packed with Patriots fans, and it was fun to watch the game in a packed house.

We came in on Easter Sunday for dinner. The waitress was great and knowledgeable. The food was cooked perfectly although the seafood chowder was a little watery to be labeled a chowder. Other than that everything was great.
